EBV's Low Cost PCIe Development Board
Altera's Cyclone IV GX family is the first low-cost, high-volume FPGA family with integrated PCIe Hard IP.
The DB4CGX15 is the ideal starting point for low-cost, high-volume FPGA applications requiring the PCIe interface. It comes with Altera's EP4CGX15BF14C6N device, which is the first Cyclone® IV GX supporting Altera's tool flow in SOPC Builder. The board provides 24 user I/Os, which can be occupied by user specific add-on boards. Furthermore, the DB4CGX15 offers on-board memory that enables the user to run sophisticated Nios® II applications. EBV provides DB4CGX15 reference designs for Nios II and PCIe. Together with the on-board USB-Blaster, the DB4CGX15 offers a highly flexible out-of-the-box solution for your first low-cost PCIe design on an FPGA.
