The SN260 is the first network processor chip that has been designed specifically for the low power, low cost, meshnetworking industry standard protocol – ZigBee. The SN260 allows the customer to use other microcontrollers to run their application, while the SN260 provides ZigBee functionality. SN250, SN260 can be used with EmberZNet, Ember’s ZigBee compliant embedded meshnetworking software. They are optimized for designs requiring long battery life and a reliable, proven, industry-standard networking solution.

- Integrated memory (128 Kbyte Flash, 5 Kbyte SRAM)

- Two serial controllers with DMA
SN260 Features:
- Integrated IEEE 802.15.4 PHY and MAC
- Three sleep modes (processor idle, deep sleep, power down)
- Controlled by the host using EZSP
