HCPL-316J-EVAL

Click image to enlarge		Evaluation board with the HCPL-316J optodriver for IGBTs. The board contains two independent IGBTs that can be set up in a halfbridge, two-transistor forward or a stepdown topology. The onboard logic regulates the deadtimes and the overcurrent protection.
