Extra Bright InGaN LEDs for Outdoor Signs and Signals
The HLMP-Cxxx circular-pattern and HLMP-H_L_Axxx oval-pattern extra bright LED lamps from Avago's Semiconductor Products Group are available in blue, green, cyan and white versions. They provide superior performance and are offered at an extremely competitive price, with guaranteed four-week delivery time. The new Extra Bright precision optical performance lamps are based on flip chip InGaN material, which is the brightest and most efficient LED technology. These extra bright InGaN lamps are supplied in 5 mm (T- 1 3/4) through-hole packages and combine Avago's most advanced through-hole packaging technology to assure maximum light extraction from the die. The die is attached within the reflector cavity and the cavity is encapsulated by Avago's proprietary epoxy blend. This means that the lamps perform with high reliability over the -40 °C to +85 °C temperature range, and are protected from UV radiation and humid environments.
