For development of small, efficient, AC input power supplies in the range 1 W – 70 W, the Green FPS™ e-Series™ power switches have been extended with the FSQ0565R and the FSQ0765R, expanding the family to over ten different products, all containing
an analog PWM controller and a MOSFET. They switch on one of the valleys in the drain voltage, saving power and reducing EMI. At heavy loads, the device can function in continuous conduction mode. |
