Avago‘s Moonstone™ high-power LED series (available as 0.5 W, 1 W and 3 W versions) is a high performance energy efficient device which can handle high thermal and high driving currents. The flat package of these SMT LEDs, at just 3.3 mm in height, opens up numerous potential areas of application. Warm white and cold white Moonstone™ High-Power LEDs are also available as diffused versions for top colour uniformity in combination with lenses.
