The ADS5281 is the first in a family of 8-channel, low-power 10- to 12-bit ADCs capable of speeds up to 65MSPS. With advanced features, this family of ADCs enables next-generation medical imaging and wireless communications designs to double system performance without increasing power consumption or board space.

  • 70 dB (FS) SNR, 85 dBc SFDR at 10MHz IF
  • Programmable features:
    • 1/f noise suppression mode
    • 0 to 12 dB gain in 1 dB steps
  • Up to 6 dB overload recovery in one clock cycle
  • Serialized LVDS outputs with programmable current
  • Pin-compatible family: 9x9mm QFN packaging
    • ADS5281 also available in 80-pin TQFP; pin-compatible to ADS5271
