The TLON-11151 V3 programmer is a production and development device produced exclusively for EBV Elektronik. It will program applications and transceiver parameters into all Toshiba and Cypress 3120 Neurons as well as Echelon FT3120 Smart Transceivers.

Programming of Neuron nodes on an FTT-10 network is also possible through a built-in RJ-45 connector.

Additionally, In-System-Programming is supported through a 10-pin cable.

Application files (*.apb) are downloaded from a PC via a 9-pin RS-232 interface to the programmer, after which it will operate in stand-alone mode without need of the PC. The TLON is supplied with a SOP-32 ZIF socket and a QFP-44 ZIF socket.
