The Cyclone III based FPGA starter development kit provides a complete ready-to-use solution for beginners as well as professionals.

The DB_Start_3C10 Cyclone III Starter Kit is the ideal board to start first experiments based on Altera Cyclone III FPGAs. It is designed for easy-of-use, with embedded USB-Blaster and pin header for customer peripheral adaption. The Board can be powered via USB, so just plug the USB Cable into your PC and you can then start working.
